Painful arms

Haha i realised the last time i gave my arms a serious workout was ages ago. To be precise, i think the last time i really did anything with them was... yes during army. So it was no wonder that i spent my entire day lying in bed and slowly nursing them. They were really stiff and i can hardly move them. Haiz, it was a big regression form studying again since i can hardly get out of bed. Oh well, maybe it won't be that painful once the arms get ove rtheir necrosis and regenrate.
