A Tale of 'A's

A month after my parents resumed their work,
A week after i got back my handphone,
A day after i am reconnected to the Internet,
Things are looking up or it seem?
Not true.

A week of clueless tutorials,
A weekend of aimless soccer,
A weekday morning of irritating traffic.
Sianess to the max?
I feel humbly so.

Many thanks for the nice SMS this morning. I was surprised by the appropriateness of it. Hee hee dunno whether is it u sent to the wrong person (cos it was really out-of-the-blue) but it was really timely, hence the particular reply. Thanks again for brightening up my morning ^=^

PS: Forget to add the following erratum

1) Defibrillation is only used for

a) ventricular fibrillation
b) pulseless ventricular tachycardia

2) A CXR is only considered good if

a) its well penetrated when we can just barely see the vertebral column
b) its well inspired if we can see 7 or 8 anterior ribs or 10 posterior ribs
c) its well positioned when we see equidistant between the medial edges of the 2 clavicles and the spinous process
The CXR is a PA film if we cannot visualise the scapula.

3) Radio-femoral delay is a sign of coarctation of the aorta whereas radial-radial delay just means there is some obstruction to the blood flow, e.g. a thrombotic big artery in the right upper limb.

100 Blogs in 100 Days
I should've done this earlier, but better late than never. I totally got my 100 Search Engines in 100 Days idea from the Blog Herald , who is doing a 100 Blogs in 100 Days feature.
Hey, you have a great blog here! I'm definitely going to bookmark you!

I have a work at home site. It pretty much covers work at home related stuff.

Come and check it out if you get time :-)
