Bueno Diaz de la Espana

2nd Apr GMT 2042

Taking a real big risk here cos i got a feeling that this computer is full of bugs and spyware so it will not be surprising if the hackers got into my account. Today is my 2nd day in Spain and 3rd in Europe. Dusseldorf Airport was surprisingly internetless so i was unable to update despite the fact that i spent a whole night at the airport there.

Quite an exciting 2 days i had had i think. Firstly, stupid me forgot that there was locker service available at Hamburg hbf so i was lugging my luggage around the city. My poor hip is still suffering from the effect of that day and i can't really external rotate it still :(. Anyway had an "amazing" time getting lost in Hamburg. Interestingly enough though, the first lndmark that i hit was actually the Hospital of Hamburg. Talk about job affinity!!! But Germany is really a very nice place. They are ever so willing to help. And i met this lady who insisted that i visit the prostitute street and gay avenue cos it was an eye opener. She didn't know that i had already stumbled upon it unknowingly. Yes, the first shop that i went to was actually a gay book store. Didn't know it was that from the outside. Only knew when i went in and saw the books. Its all the usual romantic novels that we see in normal bookstores, just that it had pictures of 2 guys plastered over the cover pages...

Arrived in Barcelona and i was really exhausted. the hip was still aching. And i was tricked by the guide book. There was actually a difference between the various oficina tourista and therefore i spent like more than 4 hours hopping from metro stations to metro stations looking for it. Gave up in the end and went back to the hostel to sleep. Went to Nou Camp in the evening to see how the preparations for El Classico. The entradas here is cheaper but still cost 280 Euros. Decided that i should spend more money in the Barcelona Megastore than on the match tickets. Oh forgot to mention that Joan Gaspart actually walked past me and i didn't ask to take picture with him. Haha what a got eye cannot see Tarzan :p The fans in Europe are definitely more passionate than back in Singapore. When they party, they really mean PARTY. They dance in the streets, sing on the metro and just drink cheers to their bottle, greeting strangers adn friends alike. That was the same case in Germany too. But i think i was lucky. In both instances, the home team did not lose. Cannot imagine what will happen if they lost...

Met up with Jas, KL and HY last night. Went sightseeing and phototaking the whole day today. Ha they are really mad when it comes to photo taking. Can't believe how much trick they have when it comes to posing. had a really good time today and it was topped off by 2 splendorous meals. Will be on my own again tomorrow since we are not going to meet up until in Seville. Its reallyquite sad when i realise that i canot take a lot of photos of myself when travelling alone. Haha too bad for the narcissistic me ^=^

K think i have enough update for today. Will be scouring round the city for more of Gaudi's architeture tomorrow. Till next time, adieus :)
